Tucked behind the Holiday Inn/Chiang Mai is a small primary 
school.
This school is special because it offers an education to children whose parents cannot afford to send them to the public schools.
It is very well run on a very small budget and the 120 children were using rocks to play volleyball and basketball.
Our first action was furnish them a complete set of sports equipment. it was a celebration.
We discovered that most of children spend weekends and many after school hours at the school because parents were working long hours to support the family.
Several of the teachers volunteer their time after normal hours so that these children remain supervised and in good care.
The principal explained that they desperately needed a small pediatric clinic. He had a voulunteer nurse and could cover all med replacements.
We began the following day and the building was completed in 48 days."
