The Bridge of Life was contacted by HRH Princess Katarina Karageorgevic and her organization, Life Line.
There was an urgent requirement to upgrade and expand the serbian national sos line for children.
We agreed to accept this project which entailed the following:
The renovation of the existing call center
Adding those items necessary in order to assure the security of the center
The creation of additional space that would accommodate an expanded program
The creation of a software program which was specific to the national sos line
The furnishing of all computer hardware and software to make this expansion possible.
The furnishing of all furniture and equipment to accommodate the increase in staff for 24/7 operations 365 days a year.

 The project was completed in 90 days.
