Three hours by truck took us to the provence of Omkoi, Thailand.
This area is predominately populated by hill tribes who live in very poor conditions and have little chance for improvement.
Education is the only way to get them into the main stream of Thai life.
We discovered a small preschool who was doing a great job preparing the children but the building was very small and in very poor condition.
We decided to construct a new preschool and with the cooperation of the sub district government , all went very well.
The population of this school is expected to triple this year.
