NURSERY AND KINDERGARTEN  PHRAO, THAILAND

The San Sai sub district is located in Phrao province, about 1.5 hours north of Chiang Mai Thailand. This small local government is very active trying to improve the welfare of children. They acquired an abandon school from the federal government and the community renovated it.It is now a full functional Thai school serving many children whose parents are migrant workers. We were asked to build two dining halls and two kitchens so that the food could be prepared properly and the children would no longer need to eat on the ground. We had wonderful cooperation from the government and the entire project was designed, constructed and equipped in 90 days.
Now 200 children, age 3-6 are in a much healthier environment."
