After we purchased, transported and donated an emergency transport van to the Lviv Psychiatric Hospital, the Director and board members asked us if we could help with other necessities.

 

They explained to us that, because of the tremendous increase in the number of patients sent to them from the east region of Ukraine affected by war, they didn't have enough refrigerators to store the food, enough microwave ovens to warm up the food and enough washing machines to wash patients' clothes.

The Bridge of Life felt a need to respond without delay. We purchased 5 refrigerators, 5 microwave ovens and 5 washing machines and donated them to the Lviv Psychiatric Hospital. The patients and personnel were very happy to receive such necessary goods.
