The St.Nicholas Children's Hospital in Lviv has a wonderful indoor rehabilitation department and program, but there is currently no location outdoors for this important training.
 

We were asked to participate in the development of this area and we gladly accepted.
We emphasized that our experiences have taught us that the priorities are always safety and fun.

Rehabilitation for a child is hard work and often comes with small failures which lead to great successes.
It is important to protect these children when they stumble or fall and it is equally important to create an environment that appears to be a game filled with challenges instead of a tough obstacle course, which children often fear.
 

We have offered our ideas of equipment and games to serve this purpose.
The design team has created an attractive well-lit green area that the children can look forward to entering as it takes them from the closed quarters of an indoor rehabilitation facility into the loving arms of Mother Nature.
We look forward to the completion of this project.
