HRH Princess Katherine of Serbia and her Lifeline Foundation had donated a Mobile Mammogram unit that travels to many villages of Serbia.

This piece of equipment has provided thousands of women with the ability to be examined and if necessary to be treated for a life-threatening medical diagnosis.

We received a request from HRH to provide assistance when this machine had stopped working properly.

We contacted our brilliant medical equipment repair man, Arthur Singh who was located in India at that time.

Within 72 hours, Arthur flew from India to Dubai, to Belgrade, rode 3 hours to the location of the equipment and arrived at 3 am in the morning.

The next morning at 11 am, Arthur had diagnosed the problem and located a replacement part in the USA.

We ordered the part and had it shipped to Air Serbia in NYC.

The Air Serbia Team were fantastic and got the part on the next available flight.

The team from Lifeline Serbia received the part at the plane; picked up Arthur and drove him the 3 hours back to the hospital where the machine was located.

Arthur replaced the part; got on a plane and flew back to India
