The primary construction project for 2012-2013 was a day shelter for street children in Pathein.
This shelter will be managed and funded by a national non-government organization
We remodeled the existing building and constructed a new addition which more than doubled the space available for this program
The new construction included a remodeled kitchen and new bathing and toilet building
There is now sufficient space for a vocational program which has been added to the activities and it is extremely well attended by the children
We have reached a new agreement with the government and new night shelter will be constructed by us and managed by the government.This project will be completed in early 2014.
These two facilities will be used as a model and presented to the federal government for implementation in the other cities of Myanmar.​
